Our stay at the Old Gunpit was a pleasant experience. One specific situation that stood out to us was the excellent cleanliness of the hostel. The staff ensured that the place was kept scrupulously clean, making us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. The atmosphere was calm and the people were pleasant. Another highlight was the convenient charging point on the top bunk, a thoughtful touch. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall we would recommend this hostel to other travelers.

The staff were kind and friendly, providing excellent service during my stay. They were professional and always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. the place was kept scrupulously clean, which was impressive. It's evident that the staff takes great care in maintaining a hygienic environment for guests.

The overall condition of the hostel was a bit run down. There were broken toilet seats, unstable bunk beds, and limited kitchen supplies, such as only one mug available.

I recently stayed at The Old Gunpit for one night while visiting the area. The location was great, and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and had an extra electric heater, ensuring it was warm during the stay. The kitchen, although old and worn out, was clean and allowed me to prepare my own meals. The bathroom, although old, was also clean. Despite the noisy surroundings, the windows couldn't shut, but overall, it was manageable for a short stay.

    I can recommend this hotel.

The location was great, being close to a train station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were really friendly and tried their best to accommodate guests.

The overall cleanliness of the place was not up to standard, with dust and grime in several areas. The facilities, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, were in need of maintenance.

The location is conveniently close to a train station, making it easy to get around. the staff is friendly and the recently under new management which is a positive change. the reception, kitchen, and separate bathroom facilities for men and women are available.

The kitchen and bathrooms are in need of maintenance and could use some improvement.
